Select an existing script.
Click the ++ button.
In the New Script Name text box, type "Copy Name > ID".
Click OK.
Unhandled Nil object exception.

Fixed. You now should not be able to create/duplicate a script with a name which is not a valid filename on your OS (Windows doesn't like < or >, amongst other characters).
