When printing from the Observation Database window,Print Observations window is opened. If "Preview" button is clicked but then the Configure Printing window is canceled (for example if I forgot to check a field to be printed), Print Observations window is closed.

Moreover the configuration of the Print Observation window is lost and next time it is opened it reverted to default.
