Title Star magnitude limits are operating improperly
Description

Open a plan
Add SACDBL297 from the SAC dbl 3.1 catalog
Select it and then go to the Field of view tab
Set the field diameter to 30' and set no telescope, no eyepiece and no optical aid.
Set the stars magnitude limit to 12.1
Select the Hubble gst catalog
Directly to the East of SACDbl297 will be a star GSC3257-01315 (mag 8.34)
Southeast of this you should find a star gsc3257-01808, mag. 11.01
Now change the magnitute limit to 12.0
this star disappears! Why is that? If it's magnitude 11.01, shouldn't it show on the chart when the magnitute is set to at least 11.1?

Developer
Analysis

A windows-only problem, and possibly (according to my tests) a Win 7-only problem. Occurs only for stars that have magnitudes slightly greater than integer value n, where n is the integer part of the dimmest star's magnitude (in this case mag=11.01 doesn't show, 11.05 does).

Resolution

Fixed.
